“Several refugees were taken to hospital after they were brutally beaten by police. They were demanding improvements for the camp situation. The hygiene is next to none and people are desperate. Refugees heard the news that locals have started to go out and restrictions are being lifted for local populations, but not refugees. Some locals say that refugees should not be allowed to leave the camp as they fear that they may be carrying the virus.”
